Required for all food trucks operating in Orange County, including the City of Orlando. Issued by the Orange County Health Department (Florida Department of Health in Orange County). The vehicle is inspected annually. The license must be posted inside the truck at all times.
City of Orlando Business Tax Receipt
Required for any business operating within City of Orlando limits. Issued by the Orlando Revenue Collections Division. Renewed annually by September 30.
Commissary Agreement (Required)
All Orange County food trucks must operate from an approved commissary — a licensed commercial kitchen used for food preparation, storage, restocking, and cleaning. A signed commissary agreement from an approved facility must be on file with the Health Department.
City of Orlando Vending Location Approval
