Chicago Dept of Public Health — Food Service Sanitation License

All food establishments in Chicago, including catering operations, must obtain a Retail Food Establishment Sanitation License from the Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP), administered in coordination with the Chicago Dept of Public Health (CDPH).
